PALO ALTO, California, February 1, 2010 – Allison G. Marrazzo has joined Rutan & Tucker, LLP, one of California’s oldest and largest full-service law firms, as an associate attorney in the firm’s Palo Alto office.
Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including real estate litigation and extensive trial work, for an array of clients that includes regional and national homebuilders, landowners and developers.
Prior to joining Rutan, she was an associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in San Francisco. She was elected to the Northern California Rising Stars in 2009 and 2010. In 2008, she was the recipient of the Special Homeless Advocacy Award, conferred by the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Marrazzo received her law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 2006 and was a member of the Order of the Coif. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from California Polytechnic State University in 2002.
