Ms. Barricella is a partner with Rutan & Tucker specializing in intellectual property. Ms. Barricella’s clients range from individuals and privately held businesses to publicly traded companies. The industries in which her clients do business include technology, e-commerce, textiles, apparel, sporting equipment, real estate, food service, food and beverage, gaming, advertising, retail, art, construction, telecommunications, and home decor. Ms. Barricella also represents educational institutions and government entities in intellectual property matters. Ms. Barricella’s practice focuses on counseling, foreign and domestic prosecution, opposition and cancellation, and dispute resolution matters. Advising clients with regard to licensing issues and intellectual property related agreements is another aspect of Ms. Barricella’s practice.
Ms. Barricella earned her Juris Doctor at the University of San Diego School of Law. Ms. Barricella earned a Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Ms. Barricella is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, and the International Trademark Association. She is admitted to practice law in California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Ms. Barricella is an adjunct professor at Chapman University, School of Law.
