Mr. Bradley is a partner in Rutan & Tucker’s Corporate and Securities Section. Mr. Bradley’s experience includes representation of large and small public and private clients in a wide range of corporate and securities transactions, including Advising emerging-growth companies; Public and private debt and equity securities offerings, including PIPE offerings, representing issuers; Venture capital financings, representing both issuers and investors; Mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers; and Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and interpreting a wide variety of business contracts, including shareholder, confidentiality, product development, distribution, consulting and executive employment agreements.
Mr. Bradley also has significant experience in securities law matters, including registered securities offerings under the Securities Act of 1933, periodic reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act and general securities law compliance.

Securities Act of 1933 registered securities offerings of energy, engineering consulting, Internet media, telecommunications, software and other companies.
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 periodic reporting for numerous public clients, Proxy Statements and Annual Meetings, Section 16 and Form 8-K reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance.
Mergers and Acquisitions for telecommunications, distribution, printing, film production, software, information technology consulting, manufacturing, electronics, Internet media, medical device and other companies.
Venture Capital Financing transactions for semiconductor, telecommunications, software, medical device, chemical and biochemical testing, retail and other companies.
