Mr. Cwiertny is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Section. Mr. Cwiertny's practice includes all areas of real estate transactions concerning commercial, retail and residential real estate, including entity formation, title and due diligence analysis, acquisition, disposition, financing, and development.

Mr. Cwiertny also has substantial experience in common interest subdivision matters. Mr. Cwiertny has represented numerous national homebuilders and developers in the creation of master planned communities, planned developments, condominium projects, condominium conversions, mixed-use developments and commercial/retail projects. This area of his practice includes drafting covenants, conditions and restrictions, adjoining landowner agreements, shared use/mutual benefit agreements and all other documents related to the creation and operation of common interest developments. Mr. Cwiertny regularly advises clients on state laws and regulations concerning new home sales to the public and compliance with state and local development conditions.
