Ms. Farrell is a member of the firm's Public Law section, where she specializes in a wide range of litigation and transactional matters relating to both municipal governments and school districts.
Ms. Farrell reveived her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with honors, magna cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University in 2003. She then attended Chapman University School of Law where she received her J.D. magna cum laude in 2007. While in law school, Ms. Farrell was a Judicial Extern for Justice O'Leary on the Court of Appeal--4th District, Division 3, and served as an Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review.
Ms. Farrell is a member of the State Bar of California.
