COSTA MESA, Calif., Jan. 3, 2012 – Rutan & Tucker, LLP, California’s largest full-service law firm based in Orange County, has elevated attorney Brad Chapin to partner.
Chapin is a member of the Trial Section and practices in all areas of general business litigation. Since joining Rutan in 2004, he has represented a wide array of companies and individuals in various matters involving issues of patent, trademark and copyright infringement, construction projects, business contracts, tax shelter schemes, fraud and embezzlement allegations, and real property disputes. He practices in both state and federal courts.
In 2007, he was recognized as a Rising Star in Southern California Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition. He earned his law degree from the University of Southern California Law Center, where he was a member of the Southern California Law Review and was a supervisor for the Post-Conviction Justice Project.
