COSTA MESA, Calif., Jan. 3, 2012 – Rutan & Tucker, LLP, California’s largest full-service law firm based in Orange County, has elevated attorney Eric Fromme to partner.
Fromme is a member of the firm’s Trial Section and its Bankruptcy/Financial Practices Group, where he represents companies in financial distress, creditors’ committees, private equity funds, lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers and other strategic parties both in and out of court.
He has successfully handled a variety of highly contested trials in bankruptcy courts, including a multi-week plan confirmation trial, as well as bankruptcy appeals. Fromme has served as president of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum and on the Board of the California Bankruptcy Forum. He earned his law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1997.
