Ms. Lee is a transactional real estate attorney focusing on the financing and development of commercial, residential and resort properties. Her practice includes representing lenders, developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of real estate transactions, including real estate secured financings, acquisitions, dispositions, title review and due diligence analysis. She also has experience with the structuring, development and regulation of residential, commercial, condominium, timeshare, and fractional use planned developments and associations.
Ms. Lee received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall, School of Law. During law school, Ms. Lee served as an editor of the Asian Law Journal and externed for the Honorable David O. Carter, United States District Court, Central District of California.
Prior to law school, Ms. Lee earned a Masters degree and two Bachelor degrees concurrently in four years from Stanford University, where she graduated with distinction. While at Stanford, Ms. Lee was a member of the national champion Club Badminton team and received numerous scholarships and fellowships for her public service work.
In 2010, Ms. Lee was honored by OC Metro Magazine as one of the top 40 under 40 young business professionals in Orange County.
