Assistance to employers in preparing for and responding to California and Federal government agency investigations or audits on employment, wage/hour, or occupational safety and health matters; including matters involving government agencies such as the U.S. Department of Labor, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
