Mr. Hurlbut has been practicing business litigation at Rutan & Tucker since graduating from Stanford Law School in 1964. John became a partner in 1970 and during his career has headed the firm’s Trial Section and been Managing Partner of the firm. John litigates in state and federal courts for corporate, partnership, and individual clients, with an emphasis on real estate, corporate, partnership, commercial, and business tort litigation. Mr. Hurlbut is a member of Rutan & Tucker’s Financial Practices Group.
