Ms. Anderson is Of Counsel in the Trial Section of Rutan & Tucker, LLP. Ms. Anderson has experience in a variety of commercial litigation disputes. Her practice also includes representing lenders, creditors and landlords in bankruptcy and collection matters.
Ms. Anderson received her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University in 2005. In 2000 she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley with a minor in Business Administration.
Representative Experience
- Representation of parties in title disputes and in civil proceedings against borrowers and guarantors, including actions for breach of guaranty, judicial foreclosure, appointment of receiver and in writ of attachment proceedings.
- Representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, including preference actions.
- Representation of landlords and property owners in unlawful detainer proceedings, including a five day bench trial with victorious outcome.
