Laterals
Rutan & Tucker offers its associates a challenging and stimulating environment in which to practice law and to develop their legal skills. While associates routinely find themselves working on complex transactional, litigation and public law matters, they also enjoy the opportunity to assume client and case-related responsibility at an earlier stage of their careers than is typically found at large law firms. Rutan & Tucker partners make themselves available to assist in the mentoring process, and the firm's informality and relaxed atmosphere encourages interaction among partners and associates -- enhancing the learning process. Rutan & Tucker offers weekly MCLE courses at the firm and houses the largest law library in Orange County. Rutan & Tucker prides itself in maintaining a work environment -- for its associates and entire staff - that encourages camaraderie, teamwork and personal and professional growth.
