Rutan represents lenders, borrowers and guarantors in foreclosure of real and personal property liens, enforcement of guaranties and assignment of rents, and related creditor-debtor matters. We regularly litigate applications for writ of attachment and for the appointment of receivers, claim and delivery proceeding and preliminary injunction matters.
