Eric Nimmo

Eric Nimmo is an associate in Rutan & Tucker’s Government and Regulatory Law Department. Eric represents municipalities on litigation and transactional matters as well as the California Public Records Act. Prior to joining Rutan & Tucker, Eric worked in civil litigation specializing in construction law.

Eric is a 2022 graduate from USC Gould School of Law. In law school Eric was involved in the Gould Christian Fellowship and participated in the Veterans Legal Clinic where he worked with veterans to upgrade their discharge status. Prior to law school Eric served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman.
