Overview
Nick Germain is an associate in the firm’s Land Use and Entitlement section. His practice includes representing clients on matters related to real estate development, entitlement, and other regulatory issues, as well as election and political law.
Before joining the firm, Nick worked in public affairs and lobbying, often representing developers on complex land use projects before public agencies.
Nick received his J.D. from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Nick served on the Chapman Law Review and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, where he competed in national negotiation competitions. Nick completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, where he received a degree in public policy.
