Bryan Koorstad’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, federal and state tax controversy and litigation, and tax planning. Bryan also regularly serves as outside general counsel for corporate clients, advising companies on a wide range of entity structuring, transactional and corporate governance matters.
Bryan received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley in 2011, and earned his J.D. cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 2015. Prior to joining Rutan & Tucker, Bryan worked as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie in Chicago, Illinois.
