
Jeffrey Farano, Jr.
Overview
Jeff Farano is an associate in the Land Use, Government, Regulatory and Entitlement Law section, specializing in land use and regulatory issues. Jeff represents real estate developers and companies on litigation and transactional matters regarding land development, land use, entitlement, and permitting matters and provides legal counsel regarding CEQA issues.
Prior to his practice of law, Jeff was the Director of Acquisitions and Project Management for one of the largest scrap metal recycling companies in the nation. He also worked for a large land developer managing the due diligence, planning and entitlement process for master planned communities of approximately 17,000 homes. Jeff prides himself on bringing real-world business knowledge to his legal practice.
Jeff is a graduate of the University California, Berkeley where he played football as a full scholarship athlete. Jeff received his joint JD/MBA from Chapman University where he graduated cum laude.
