Overview
Jordan Sadlier is a corporate attorney with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and general corporate governance matters. His practice touches a wide array of sectors including restaurants and hospitality, private equity, professional services, technology, food and beverage, among other consumer products.
Jordan has experience representing clients at all stages, beginning with the formation of their businesses, through growth and financing transactions, as well as facilitating acquisitions and sales. He also frequently serves as outside general counsel for his clients, providing day-to-day guidance on a variety of transactional and governance matters including contract negotiation, entity structuring, and regulatory compliance.
Committed to serving his community, Jordan provides pro bono legal services through the Public Law Center and serves as an Associate Board Member of Project Youth OCBF, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth in Orange County to stay in school, remain healthy, and live drug-free.
Jordan received his Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal. Prior to law school, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his B.A. in Political Science.
