Karl Lindgren’s areas of practice include representing lenders and developers in many aspects of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition and disposition, with an emphasis on secured lending. Karl also has experience representing both lenders and borrowers in debt financing transactions.
Karl graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2014. He did undergraduate emphasis coursework in finance at the University of St. Gallen in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Karl graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a founding board member and Articles Editor of the Business and Finance Law Review, as well as a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.
