Linda Wang represents employers in many areas, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, class actions, PAGA claims, and disruptions caused by CoVid-19. She has represented clients in a variety of industries ranging from hospitality, healthcare, government entities, insurance, and private individuals.
Linda has prevailed on a number of dispositive motions in state and federal courts. She has assisted in trials where she played an integral part in drafting motions in limine and quick turnaround trial briefs. Prior to joining Rutan, Linda assisted in a trial as part of the defense team that ultimately resulted in a compete defense verdict against a $30 million demand.
While attending University of California, Irvine School of Law, Linda externed for The Honorable Josephine L. Station of the United States District Court, Central District of California. It is during this judicial externship where Linda was first exposed to employment law and became interested in the practice area. Linda was also a student honors intern for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance.
Linda is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and can read and write Chinese on a native level.
