
Overview
Megan Chun is an associate in the firm’s Labor and Employment Department. Megan’s practice includes representing clients in matters involving wage and hour, employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and responding to administrative charges from government agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition to her litigation work, Megan conducts audits and reviews of employer policies, with a particular emphasis in ensuring compliance with state and local labor laws and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
Megan received her J.D. from Northwestern University, Pritzker School of Law in 2024. During her time as a law student, Megan was heavily involved with public interest work, including eviction defense and family preservation matters. She was also a Research Assistant for Professor Peter DiCola, where she discovered an additional interest in copyright law.
Prior to law school, Megan received her B.A. in Critical Studies from the University of Southern California, School of Cinematic Arts and worked in film and television production.
