
Overview
Rahul Sajnani is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office and is a member of the Corporate practice group. Rahul’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions where he is routinely the lead associate on buy-side and sell-side transactions. Rahul advises clients in connection with M&A transactions in a variety of industries, and has significant experience in the sports, media, entertainment, and technology sectors. In addition to his M&A practice, Rahul also advises clients on day-to-day general corporate matters and serves as outside general counsel to companies across a broad range of industries.
In addition to his Corporate practice, Rahul also has experience in representing clients in connection with film and television agreements covering all facets of development and production including option/purchase agreements, production services agreements, and talent agreements.
Rahul obtained his joint JD/MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
