Samantha Wu is a commercial real estate attorney whose practice includes representing lenders, developers, and various companies in many aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, title review and due diligence analysis.
Samantha received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. During her time in law school, Samantha served as an editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and the Journal of International, Transnational and Comparative Law. During her second year of law school, she won Runner-Up Best Brief in the UCI Law Moot Court Competition. Samantha also worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Christopher Whytock and was involved in several pro bono projects.
