Erika Paulan is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Erika’s practice includes representing developers and lenders in many aspects of real estate and affordable housing transactions, including real estate secured financings, acquisitions, title review and due diligence analysis.
Erika received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2023 where she served as Articles Editor of the California Law Review. Before law school, Erika attended the University of Vermont, where she received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics.
