Rutan, LLP has moved its headquarters to The Boardwalk office development located in the heart of Orange County along Jamboree Road in Irvine, about a mile from John Wayne Airport. Rutan’s Silicon Valley office opened in 2003 and recently moved to the Five Palo Alto Square campus complex in Palo Alto. The office is centrally located in the region widely recognized as a leading technology and innovation zone in the United States.

Rutan LLP opened an office in San Francisco in May 2019 in the heart of the city’s business district. This is the second Northern California office for Rutan, which already has an established presence in Palo Alto.

Rutan’s Litigation and Government Relations and Regulatory attorneys represent Northern California public entities as well as contractors, subcontractors and real estate developers and owners in all areas of public policy, regulatory and political arenas as well as provide counsel on land use and environmental law.

In a move to service clients as well as capture new business in one of the fastest growing markets in the United States, Rutan opened its first office outside of California located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The office is located in the Promenade Corporate Center surrounded by unparalleled, walkable, first-class amenities at The Promenade Scottsdale retail center. Home to the Frank Lloyd Wright designed spire, marking the corner of the exclusive development, Scottsdale Promenade is one of the most distinctive multi-tenant office properties within North Scottsdale.
