Overview

Nicholas Boroski is an associate in Rutan & Tucker’s Litigation and Trial department in Irvine. His practice involves a variety of business and civil litigation matters, including business and intentional torts, business contract cases, construction defect and delay claims, and insurance litigation.

He received his J.D. from UCLA Law School where he graduated with the distinction of being inducted into The Order of Barristers, an exclusive honor society reserved for law graduates who demonstrate exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing. As a law student, he was a member of UCLA Law Trial Advocacy team, the #1 ranked law school trial advocacy team in the country. As a competitor, he competed in seven national tournaments, competed in five national final rounds, and won two national championships at the National Battle of the Experts Competition and the National Flash Trials Competition. He also served as Managing Editor for the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. He served as a research assistant to UCLA Law professors William Boyd and Alex Wang.

Prior to law school, he received his bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and classics from UC Irvine, where he graduated cum laude.
