Overview
Adrianna is a skilled litigator who represents commercial clients and employers in varied disputes across California state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, employment matters, and class actions, where she partners with clients to navigate challenging legal issues and achieve practical business solutions.
Adrianna has extensive experience defending employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations.
Before joining Rutan & Tucker, LLP, Adrianna practiced at Sacks, Ricketts & Case LLP, where in addition to employment matters, she handled a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract and corporate governance matters, and in the consumer class action arena, represented clients in cases involving false advertising and unfair competition claims. She also gained valuable public-sector experience through internships with the Contra Costa County Office of the County Counsel and the Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa.
During law school at UC Davis School of Law, Adrianna distinguished herself both academically and as a leader. She graduated Order of the Coif, served as an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and earned multiple Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Negotiations, Pretrial Skills, Employment Discrimination, and Criminal Procedure.

- Lead associate in four-day arbitration hearing over breach of fiduciary duty claims; seven figure damages and attorneys' fees award obtained in favor of limited liability company.
