Alyssa Gauthier-Barrett is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Alyssa’s practice includes representing lenders and developers in many aspects of real estate and affordable housing transactions, including real estate secured financings, acquisitions, title review and due diligence analysis.
Alyssa received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law where she served as a Writing Advisor to first year law students and as a staff editor for the Criminal Justice Law Review. Alyssa also participated in the Affordable Housing Clinic, consulting nonprofit affordable housing developers in general real estate matters. Prior to law school, Alyssa graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Economics.
