Armin is an associate in Rutan & Tucker’s Labor and Employment Department, where he represents employers in litigation and advisory matters involving wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims. He assists clients throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motion practice, and alternative dispute resolution.
Armin earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, graduating with a 3.84 GPA. During law school, he served as Notes Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and as a Research Fellow in the Lawyering Skills program. Before joining Rutan & Tucker, Armin served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Thomas J. Whelan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. He received his undergraduate degrees in English and History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
