Audrey Yue represents developers, lenders and land bankers in many aspects of real estate transactions, with a focus on counseling on, negotiating and documenting acquisitions and dispositions, real estate secured financing, construction financing and land banking transactions.
Audrey has substantial experience in working with her clients on various real estate asset types, including raw land development, multifamily projects, retail and shopping center properties, industrial projects, master planned communities and affordable housing projects.
She advises and assists her clients with the documentation and negotiation of purchase contracts, option and construction land bank agreements, loan and construction loan agreements, consultant agreements, utility and service agreements, leases and easement agreements. Audrey additionally provides valuable analysis and insight on complex title issues, entitlement issues, organizational structure issues and other due diligence issues.
