Austin Vick is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, representing owners, developers, investors and lenders in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, secured financing, leasing, joint ventures, and due diligence analysis. Clients appreciate Austin’s problem solving ability and solutions-oriented approach.
Austin advises commercial real estate clients through every stage of the purchase and sale process, including negotiating letters of intent and purchase agreements, managing title and survey review, coordinating due diligence, and driving closing execution. He regularly works with a variety of asset types, including industrial, multifamily, retail and office properties, and raw land.
