Bryan Wilbert’s practice includes representing financial institutions, private equity funds, developers and owners of commercial real estate on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial, industrial, and multifamily residential properties, and other general real estate matters.
Bryan received a Bachelor of Science cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2010 and a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2013, where he was a member of the Iowa Law Review.

Acquisitions, Dispositions and Financings
- Represent national, multifamily developer in $147 million acquisition and Fannie financing of a mixed-use project in Redmond, Washington.
- Represent buyer in acquisition of an affordable housing portfolio valued at over $1 billion consisting of over 6,000 apartment homes in over 60 communities in four states.
- Represent one of California’s largest independently owned fuel retailers in the acquisition of over 40 stations for an aggregate purchase price in excess of $275 million.
- Represent national, multifamily developer in $173 million acquisition and Freddie loan assumption of a three (3) property multifamily portfolio in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Represent national, multifamily developer in $353 million acquisition and Freddie financing of a four (4) property multifamily portfolio in California and Colorado.
- Represent national, multifamily developer in $64 million acquisition of multifamily property in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Represent seller in $570 million sale of interests in six (6) multifamily properties.
- Represent national, multifamily developer in $121 million acquisition and Fannie financing of a two (2) property multifamily portfolio in Longwood, Colorado.
- Represent affordable housing developer in $45 million acquisition and bond financing of a multifamily project in Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois.
- Represent affordable housing developer in $161 million acquisition and Freddie financing of a three (3) property multifamily portfolio throughout California (San Diego, Anaheim, and Livermore).
- Represent sponsor in $209 million acquisition of a Class-A multifamily project and bond financing in Carson, California.
- Represent affordable housing developer in $110 million acquisition and Freddie financing of a two (2) property portfolio in Chicago, Illinois.
- Represent multifamily developer in $45 million acquisition and Fannie financing of a multifamily property in Lakewood, Colorado.
- Represent multifamily developer in $26 million acquisition and financing of a multifamily property in Chester, Virginia.
- Represent industrial developer in $41 million sale of a three (3) property industrial portfolio in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Represent a publicly-traded healthcare REIT in the $44 million acquisition of two (2) medical office buildings in San Diego, California.
- Represent sponsor in $185 million acquisition of a multifamily project and bond financing in Carson, California.
- Represent a publicly-traded healthcare REIT in the $16 million acquisition of a medical office building in San Diego, California.
- Represent affordable housing developer in $135 million acquisition of a Class-A multifamily project in South Gate, California.
- Represent industrial developer in $44 million acquisition of an assemblage of nine (9) properties in the Inland Empire of California.
