Overview
Corey Scott is a banking and finance attorney in Rutan & Tucker’s Irvine office. Corey’s practice focuses on the representation of corporate and lending clients in all aspects of secured and unsecured debt facilities.
Corey represents and advises banks, private credit funds, other institutional lenders, and corporations in connection with a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including venture debt, asset-based and cash-flow credit facilities, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions and warehouse facilities.
Corey received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Michigan Law School. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Corey worked at other international law firms out of Houston, Chicago and New York.
