Correy Miller

Correy Miller is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, representing developers, investors and lenders in a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, secured financing, leasing, joint ventures, title review and due diligence analysis.

Correy also provides counsel to clients on other general real estate matters, such as drafting and negotiating easement agreements, property access and confidentiality agreements, construction contracts, estoppels and subordination, non-disclosure and attornment agreements.

Correy represented and provided guidance to various pro bono clients regarding COVID-19 leasing guidelines, rent payment deferment and the California Emergency Rental Assistance Program. While in law school, she was involved in the International Justice Clinic, where she advocated for nonprofit groups and interfaced with the United Nations to advance international human rights causes.
