Overview
Erik Leggio is an Associate in the Land Use and Entitlement section. Erik’s practice includes representing real estate developers, municipalities, and other clients on transactional and litigation matters regarding land development, entitlement, and regulatory issues.
During law school, Erik worked for a wide variety of organizations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He served as the Associate Managing Editor of the Washington University Law Review, was Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, and sat on the executive board of the Real Estate & Community Development Law Society. Erik also obtained his LL.M. in Negotiation & Dispute Resolution, during which he became a member in the Mediation Clinic and the St. Louis Mediation Project. Erik completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, where he received degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate.
