
Overview
As an associate in the Government and Regulatory Law Section, Grace Cho represents and advises local government clients on litigation and transactional matters. Grace analyzes state housing and land use laws and provides legislative updates to clients. She also prepares ordinances and resolutions on behalf of municipal clients. Grace ensures her clients’ compliance with state laws like the California Public Records Act.
Grace received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2024. As a law student, Grace was a student advocate in the Disability Benefits Clinic, the Justice Committee Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and a fellow with the Program on Biblical Law and Christian Legal Studies. Prior to law school, Grace received a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan in 2018 and worked in affordable housing development and finance in Los Angeles.
