Grant Hogan is a Corporate Associate in Rutan & Tucker’s Irvine office. Grant’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, and general corporate transactions.
Grant received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2025. As a law student, Grant externed for Magistrate Judge Joseph S. Dueker in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and received the highest grade in his Arbitration Law Theory and Practice course. Prior to law school, Grant obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mississippi, graduating cum laude in 2021.
