Overview

Gregg Amber specializes in a broad range of finance and related matters, ranging from commercial loans to IPOs and other securities offerings to mergers and acquisitions. He also provides strategic counsel to clients on assorted transactional and corporate matters such as equity compensation plans, joint ventures, SEC reporting and the like.

Gregg was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ZLand.com, Inc. during 1999 and 2000, gaining experience and insight into issues from a client perspective. He was also on the board of directors of SSP Solutions Inc., a publicly traded company (Nasdaq NMS: SSPX) until its acquisition in August 2004.

  • IPO representation of issuers in the medical products, green energy, food, plastic blow molding, mass storage device, pressure transducer, entertainment, oil and gas, multimedia, engineering, data security, aerospace and Internet industries
