Jess Sanders represents and advises numerous public entities across southern California. She regularly advises government clients on development and housing transactions, open government legislation, and other municipal affairs.
Jess also assists Rutan & Tucker’s public entity clients on negotiating and drafting purchasing and land use transactional documents. Jess keeps clients informed of annual changes to California housing and land use legislation and works with local agencies to update local standards and procedures to comply with state law.
In addition to advising Rutan & Tucker’s numerous governmental clients, Jess serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of La Quinta, and Deputy City Attorney for the City of Yorba Linda.
