Joe D’Antonio is a senior litigation attorney in Rutan & Tucker’s Litigation and Trial Department, focusing his practice on high-stakes business and commercial disputes. Joe represents corporate clients, technology companies, and business owners across all phases of litigation—from pre-suit strategy, risk mitigation, and emergency relief through discovery, motion practice, and trial.
Joe’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, class actions, trade secret protection, business torts, internal investigations, and unfair competition. Drawing on a background at a major international law firm, Joe combines sophisticated defense and prosecution strategies with a pragmatic, business-focused approach tailored to each client's strategic goals.
Joe earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Duke Law Journal. He earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Boston College, where he captained the men’s rugby team.
