Kaity McKee is an associate in Rutan & Tucker’s Litigation and Trial department and handles a variety of business and civil litigation matters.
Kaity McKee graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school, Kaity was the Vice Chair of the UC Irvine Moot Court Board and externed for the Honorable Lee L. Gabriel. Kaity earned the second highest grade in her Professional Responsibility and Criminal Law classes.
Prior to attending law school, Kaity obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Chapman University. While at Chapman, Kaity spent time volunteering at a local pro bono firm assisting with domestic violence matters.
