Karina Lee is an associate in Rutan & Tucker’s Labor and Employment department. Karina represents employers in a wide variety of litigation matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also defends employers in wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions.
Karina received her J.D. from University of California, Davis School of Law. During law school, Karina served as the senior article and research editor of the UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy. She also interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
