Liam’s practice includes representing developers and lenders in many aspects of real estate transactions, including secured financings, acquisitions, title review and due diligence analysis.
Liam has a wide range of private sector experience. During law school, Liam led a growth stage start-up consulting team of business and law students, externed for a multi-family office & private equity real estate investment firm, and had internships with a full-service professional baseball agency and the largest household moving company in the country.
