Liam represents developers, owners, investors, and lenders in connection with the negotiation, documentation, and consummation of sophisticated commercial real estate and finance transactions. His practice is concentrated on the acquisition, disposition, financing, and refinancing of real property, with particular experience involving industrial projects, multifamily housing developments, and both debt and equity financing.
Liam also advises clients on complex title matters, development agreements, easements, entity and organizational structures, and other diligence-related issues. Prior to joining the firm, he earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Lewis & Clark College and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
