
Overview
Mallorie’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, joint ventures, private placements, corporate finance, corporate governance, franchising, licensing and general corporate transactions. Mallorie’s practice touches a wide range of industries including financial services, healthcare, medical devices, software, manufacturing, restaurant, food and beverage, and technology.
Mallorie received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law in 2017, where she graduated first in her class. While in law school, she also participated in the Constitutional Jurisprudence Clinic, drafting party and amicus briefs to the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Mallorie received her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 2014.
