Matt Murray is a member of Rutan’s Construction Law Practice Group, which is highly ranked by Chambers and Partners as “Band 2” in California. Matt focuses his legal practice on construction contracts and transactions, claims management, and litigation. Matt routinely represents owner-developers, prime contractors, and subcontractors on public infrastructure projects and private projects, including commercial, residential, affordable housing, mixed-use, and industrial developments. In addition to Matt’s litigation and claims-management experience, he has broad experience drafting and negotiating prime contracts, subcontracts, and construction management, consultant, and design services agreements.
