Molly Devereaux is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Molly’s practice includes representing developers and lenders in many aspects of real estate and affordable housing transactions, including real estate secured financings, acquisitions, title review and due diligence analysis.
Molly received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2025 where she served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law. Before law school, Molly attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she received her B.S. in Psychology.
