Overview
Molly Grant is a Corporate and Tax Associate in Rutan & Tucker’s Irvine office. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. She regularly advises management in a variety of industries including food and beverage, restaurants and hospitality, and sports and entertainment. Molly leverages her sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in her day-to-day practice to provide strategic, results-driven advice. From conducting due diligence to preparing and negotiating intricate agreements, she expertly guides clients through each stage of the transaction, ensuring seamless and favorable outcomes.
Molly received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2021. While in law school, Molly actively participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, where she received the Written Advocacy Award for Best Respondent’s Brief, placed as a quarterfinalist in the oral advocacy competition, and later served on the executive board as a Topic Editor. Molly also served as a legal writing fellow to first-year law students.
Molly graduated with High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 2017, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Prior to attending law school, Molly served as an intern at The White House in the Office of the First Lady.
