Nancy’s practice includes representing developers and lenders in many aspects of real estate transactions, including real estate secured financings, acquisitions, title review and due diligence analysis.
During law school, Nancy served as a judicial extern at the California Court of Appeal and participated in the school’s Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab Clinic, where she worked closely with the legal teams of multinational companies to research legal issues for a range of industries.
