She also represents public companies in periodic reporting review and compliance matters as well as in registered public offerings and private placements of equity and debt.

Private Company Transactions
- Represented a property valuations and collateral risk management solutions company in its acquisition of a competitor.
- Represented the sellers in the sale of a majority stake of a pet food manufacturer to a financial buyer.
- Represented a global private equity firm and several of its portfolio companies in multiple acquisitions and divestitures, with enterprise values of up to $1.25B.
- Represented a technology-enabled alternative transportation company in its sale to an affiliate of a large private equity firm.
- Represented a design and flooring company in its sale to a portfolio company of a private equity investment firm.
- Represented a private equity fund client, in its acquisitions of a healthcare technology and services organization and a casting services company.
- Represented the seller in its sale of a landscaping company to a portfolio company of a private equity investment firm.
- Represented the seller in its $90-million sale of a manufacturing company to a private equity buyer.
Public Company Transactions
- Represented a Nasdaq-listed global hospitality brand in various public and private capital raising efforts.
- Represented a publicly traded funeral, cremation and cemetery provider in various acquisitions.
- Represented a New York Stock Exchange-listed global franchisor of boutique fitness brands in periodic reporting review and compliance.
- Represented a medical equipment supplier in its sale to a strategic buyer owned by a publicly traded holding company.
- Represented a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), in its definitive business combination agreement with a social investment network.
- Represented a chromatography development company in the $150-million sale of the company in a cash and stock merger to a Nasdaq-listed life sciences company.
- Represented an NYSE-listed global energy company in its acquisition of a clean energy project.
- Represented a Canadian publicly-traded company in its dual-listing on the NYSE and in its private placement of common shares in the U.S. in conjunction with a concurrent public offering in Canada.
- Represented the buyer in its $615M acquisition of a Nasdaq-listed healthcare professional staffing company.
- Represented various other publicly traded companies in both private and public securities offerings, 34 Act reporting requirements, disclosure documents and general securities law compliance.
